Terms and Conditions
Suppliers Directory
These terms and conditions apply to all entries for the Australasian Leisure Management online Suppliers Directory accepted by the Publisher, Australian Leisure Media Pty Ltd.
Other terms and conditions do not apply unless they are accepted in writing by the Publisher.
Premium entries into the online Suppliers Directory are normally paid via the wesbite on Check Out.
In other cases and for approved advertisers, the Publisher will forward a written invoice which is payable on receipt.
Online Advertising
Costs for online advertising will be advised to potential clients in writing and followed up with a written 'advertising acknowledgment' confirmation and/or an invoice.
This cost advice will be subject to amendment if the advertising copy submitted is not in accordance with agreed production details.
Advertisers acknowledge that the positioning or placing of an advertisement is at the discretion of the Publisher except where specifically instructed by the advertiser and agreed upon by the Publisher.
Payment of all advertising accounts is to be made 14 days after receipt of the invoice unless agreed in writing by the Publisher.
Refusal
Advertisements for tobacco and/or other products deemed inappropriate by the Publisher, Australian Leisure Media Pty Ltd, will not be accepted for listing or publication.
All advertising copy submitted by advertisers along with online Suppliers Directory entries are subject to the approval of the Publisher, which may reject any advertisement considered inappropriate.
Delivery Policy
Payment for online products on the Australasian Leisure Management website must be received or agreed prior to the electronic delivery of entries in the Suppliers Directory or online advertising.
Payment for online products will generally be expected to be made via Mastercard or Visa.
If a customer is experiencing problems on taking delivery of the online product they can contact Australian Leisure Media Pty Ltd via our contact details leisure@ausleisure.com.au or our telephone number listed on the website.
Refunds
Other than your statutory rights as set out by Australian Consumer and Corporate Law, Australian Leisure Media Pty Ltd does not normally offer refunds for entries in the online Suppliers Directory or for online advertising.
By submitting your entry for the online Suppliers Directory or your online advertisement, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
